Mainly, the nutritional guidance provided by Weight Watchers® relies on what they call the “points” system. This system provides guidelines to participants by assigning a point value to every kind of food. Depending upon a dieter’s present weight and desired goals, Weight Watchers® assigns him/her a point limit for each day. This is basically a simplified form of calorie counting. Again, some guidance in the realm of exercise is also offered. It seems that there is little to no mention of supplementation.
